Shipping Methods

All purchases made from the HAFIS & Co. website are shipped to each of the following destinations: SWITZERLAND, EU, USA, CAN, AUS and rest of world (ROW). ROW locations include: Andorra, China, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Japan, San Marino, South Korea, Malaysia, Monaco, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Slovakia, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand and United Arab Emirates.

 

Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the same day with delivery guaranteed for the next working day to all Switzerland and EU destinations. US and Canada take 1-3 working days with Rest of world destinations taking 2-4 working days for delivery.

All Switzerland orders are shipped using FedEx Next Working Day service and other destinations are shipped using FedEx Express service. Once your order has been packaged and dispatched, your FedEx tracking number will be sent to you via email so you can track your item online and follow its progress. All deliveries are fully insured and a signature will be required upon delivery.

All orders placed after 1pm (GMT) will be dispatched the next working day. Please note FedEx deliveries only apply from Monday - Friday. If an order is placed after 1pm (GMT) on a Friday, it will be dispatched the following working day.

Please note that ... Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.

FedEx will attempt delivery 3 times to your chosen delivery address. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third try, the item will be returned to us. If you would like a redelivery to be arranged to the same or to a different address, a separate fee may apply.

SWITZERLAND Guaranteed next day – CHF 10.00

EU Guaranteed next day – CHF 20.00

USA & CANADA 1–3 working days – CHF 30.00

REST OF WORLD 2–4 working days – CHF 40.00

 

The estimated delivery times above are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. HAFIS & Co is not responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance process in overseas countries.

DUTIES & TAXES

It is the customer's responsibility to adhere to their local tax regulations; this includes import duty and VAT. For orders inside Switzerland VAT is applied to the invoice, for orders outside Switzerland VAT is not included in the price nor shown on the invoice.

Orders to countries outside the Switzerland may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the package reaches you. HAFIS & Co. ships your package according to Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside Switzerland and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

 

RETURNS

Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from the HAFIS & Co. website. Items returned must be received in new, unused and re-sellable condition, with the original packaging and any protective coverings and product information.

Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

If you are returning an item for exchange, firstly you will need to return it for a refund. Once your refund has been processed, you will be asked to purchase the item you require as a replacement.

Items returned which were purchased at gifts will be dealt with on an individual basis.

Returns received after 30 days of original receipt may be accepted at the discretion of HAFIS & Co. and will be for store credit only. This does not affect your statutory rights.

How To Make A Return

If you have purchased your item through the HAFIS & Co. website and no longer than 30 days has passed since your purchase, please request a return form, RMA number and shipping label by contacting our customer care team.

Upon receiving your return form, RMA number and returns label:

1. Complete all required fields in the returns form, incomplete forms may hinder the progress of your return.

2. Please ensure you to make a note of your RMA number on the return form.

3. Pack the merchandise in a well-sealed box (preferably the one it was delivered in) along with a copy of the original delivery note and the completed return form.

4. Attach the supplied return label to the outside of your package and ship us the merchandise following the instructions stated on your return form.

5. Make sure to seal your parcel securely and attach the free returns label.

We will assess whether the returned goods are in perfect, unused condition, and if so, the refund will be made within 30 days. We will only refund to the same payment card used to place the original order.

If the goods are not of acceptable condition, we will contact you to offer a reduced refund or to arrange to send them back to you.

HAFIS & Co. will not take responsibility for any Customs Charges incurred on returned items.

Once we receive your returned item we will aim to process it straight away although this may take up to seven days.

Original and return shipping costs for returned items will not be refunded.
