Terms & Conditions

Products displayed on this website are available while stock permits and can be removed without any prior notice. Pre-orders are charged as soon as the purchase is completed at checkout. To cancel a pre-order before the item has been dispatched, please contact us. Once a pre-order has been dispatched, our returns policy applies to the purchase.

The pricing and descriptions of products can also be amended at any point without prior notice. We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, as resolution, print methods and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.

All associated intellectual property, including text, product names and descriptions, imagery, brochures and website design remain the property of HAFIS & Co. and cannot be used without prior consent.

Cancellations

HAFIS & Co. is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit but you will need to contact our customer service team within 21 days of ordering. If the goods are lost or damaged when returning the product the customer is liable. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible; in cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with HAFIS & Co. by email and this email has been acknowledged by HAFIS & Co.

Where stock may be unavailable HAFIS & Co. reserves the right to cancel any order, we will notify the customer of a replacement or any equivalent products where possible. If HAFIS & Co receives a package that has not been collected from the post office (or equivalent shipping office), we reserve the right to charge you for all costs that we incur from handling your order and shipment. An invoice will be sent to you and settlement of the invoice must be made within 10 days.

Liability for defect

If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden it must be reported immediately to the carrier within 7 days. It is therefore important that you carefully examine your package when it arrives. Transport damage must also be reported to HAFIS & Co., within 21 days of placing the order. Defective products returned to HAFIS & Co, will be treated as if they were in perfect working order when shipped as all our products are inspected when they are packaged. In the case of faults or defects in the product supplied, the purchaser shall not be entitled to reject the product unless such faults or defects are reported within 21 days of placing the order.

As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to Goods that are faulty or not as described. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect these legal rights.

Complaints and withdrawal

It is important that the customer checks their goods when the shipment is received in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If you receive your item and see that you have been sent the incorrect item or it is damaged, please contact us within 21 days. Any complaints should be made to our customer service team via email, or through our contact form on the contact page of our website. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you promptly with instructions on how to return the item. It is important that the returning product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged in transit and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. The customer is entitled to a refund of the shipping cost if the product suffers a manufacturer fault, which will be decided by HAFIS & Co. on receipt of the returned product.

HAFIS & Co. has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund.

The purchaser has the right to cancel the purchase within 21 days. This right applies only in the case that the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as it was received and the security tag attached to the strap buckle must not be removed. Purchasers using their right to return an order they should complete the returns section of the website. The order number and customer’s email address that was used to order will be required. Return shipping is, paid by the consumer.

Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. Save this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.

Payment

You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards using ‘ Paypal’. For payment gateway specific terms and conditions please see Paypal Web. HAFIS & Co. does not handle any credit or debit card numbers. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit/debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved.

The price of the Goods will be set out in our price list in force at the time we confirm your order. Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect orders that we have confirmed with you. This includes foreign exchange rates, which are fixed by us and may be subject to change without notice.

Product / Price adjustments

HAFIS & Co. has the right to adjust prices, include additional costs and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as far as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings on your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.

Limited liability

HAFIS & Co. shall be exempt from liability for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control. As the release factor should be considered include government intervention, new / amended legislation, lack of state, war, fire, flood, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers and the company is exposed to criminal activity that affects activities.

We only supply the Goods for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the Goods for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

Intellectual Property

The rights in the designs and content of this website are owned by HAFIS & Co. Copyright and other intellectual property rights protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute display, post or transmit any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on this website are the property of their owners.

Retention of title

All products remain HAFIS & Co. property until full payment is made. Applicability. Terms are governed by Swiss law.

 

Privacy

The collection and storage of personal information submitted to HAFIS & Co. is governed by the Data Protection Act. This means your details will not be divulged to third parties and we will not send you promotional information, by email or post, unless you agree to it. Under the Data Protection Act, you retain the right to access and modify any data about you held by HAFIS & Co. When you visit the HAFIS & Co. website, or when you register your details or purchase from HAFIS & Co., you agree to be governed by HAFIS & Co. terms and conditions.

Security

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, HAFIS & Co. uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser that you can click to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.

Card transaction taken over the phone, is processed securely by Cyber Source. After a phone transaction is made, card details are disposed of securely.
